If you know a great contact who's looking for a new job, we'd love to be introduced. As a thank you, we'll send you a referral payment of £500 if we successfully place them in a contract, fixed-term, or permanent position\*...Win-Win! Simply provide their details, and we'll follow up with any suitable roles. --- #### \*Terms & Conditions. 1. The referrer is eligible to receive a £500 payment (Referral Fee) if they introduce a candidate who is placed into a permanent, fixed-term contract, or contract position by Tech23 Recruitment Ltd. (Tech23) within a period of 3 months from the referral date. 2. The Referral Scheme (The Scheme) excludes candidates who have previously applied to Tech23 or are already registered on the Tech23 database. 3. The referred candidate must have consented to their details being passed to Tech23. This is the referrer's responsibility and is subject to the General Data Protection Rules. 4. Candidates can only be referred to Tech23 once. Only the first person to refer that candidate to Tech23 will be eligible for a payment. 5. For a Referral Fee to be valid, the referred candidate must complete 13 weeks in their contract, fixed term or permanent position. 6. There is no limit to the number of candidate referrals that can be made. 7. Tech23's decision regarding qualification for the referral scheme is final.
